The Alpert-Solotken Library and the Illene K. and Michael B. Maurer Children’s Library

Welcome to Congregation Beth-El Zedeck’s Alpert-Solotken Library and Illene K. and Michael B. Maurer Children’s Library. Our library provides a friendly and cozy atmosphere for readers of all ages. The Alpert-Solotken Library holds adult non-fiction, biography, and fiction books of Jewish interest. The Illene K. and Michael B. Maurer Children’s Library holds picture books, fiction, non-fiction, and biography books.

Picture books in the collection appeal to young children with both Jewish and secular subjects of interest. Upper elementary and teen age children will appreciate fiction, non-fiction, and biography books with Jewish interest. Check here for a listing of books held in the Beth-El Zedeck libraries.

The librarian Jane Morrison is available on Thursdays and Sundays (when Religious School is in session) to answer questions or suggest a good book.
